Smoothies are one of the best ways to start off your morning. They are also a perfect way of getting in your greens with out even tasting them! Dark leafy greens are so so good for you. They contain high levels of fiber, iron, magnesium, potassium, and calcium. They help fuel your body and are also a great source of fiber which helps with digestion. I throw leafy greens in all of my smoothies no matter what because they truly make a difference. This smoothie is super creamy and delicious! It is perfect for sipping on through out the morning while you do your morning routine :)

 

Recipe

smoothie:

  • Handful of kale
  • Handful of spinach
  • Cucumber (peeled
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 coconut milk ice cubes
  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp chlorella
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

 

Directions

1. Add water, kale, and spinach to a blender. Blend until all the greens are fully chopped.

2. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

3. Poor into a glass and drink up :)
