Another oatmeal dish because like I told you, I am obsessed! And there is so much you can do with it. I encourage you to experiment and try out different variations of this! Being a huge peanut butter fan I try to use it as often as possible (I might just over dose on nut butter's in general, hehe) plus it is a good source of protein which is essential for our health (and yes, you can get all the protein you need from plants!) This dish is like having dessert for breakfast minus the guilt...who wouldn't want to start their morning off like that? I hope you guys enjoy!




  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup water (you can use nut milk for a creamier outcome)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2-3 dates


  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Bananas
  • Nuts
  • Hemp Seeds
  • A little bit of love!



1. Add the water and oats to a pot and cook over medium-high heat. Stir frequently to keep from burning.

2. Add in the cocao powder, maca powder, peanut butter, and dates. Stir until the oatmeal is at your desired consistency (I really like my oatmeal on the thicker side with very little liquid, but it is most commonly served on the more watery side). This should only take a few minutes to cook.

3. Transfer to a bowl and top with all of your toppings! Feel free to mix it up- use whatever you have on hand or go with whatever your heart desires. Don't forget to add the extra love! ;)
